How to use the brief

  1. Send the same brief to every seller so package quotes use the same room and scope.
  2. Ask for the exact enclosure outside size, hitting position and monitor placement zone.
  3. Require written projector throw/lens confirmation for the selected screen and mount.
  4. Mark computer, software, freight, electrical, lighting and installation as included or excluded.

What this tool cannot certify

It cannot observe a swing, inspect a ceiling structure, predict every shank, validate a projector lens or replace the exact launch-monitor and enclosure manuals. Use the brief to eliminate obvious mismatches and ask better vendor questions.
